Instructions to join MBA Courses of PUSXC Twinning Programme for 2023-2024 session

1. Candidates can join in any of the 5 Specializations :
   (i) MBA in Marketing(Code: 36)
   (ii) MBA in Finance(Code:37)
   (iii) MBA in HRM(Code:39)
   (iv) MBA in International Business(Code:38)
   (v) MBA in General(Code:43).
2. Admission will be on first cum first serve
3. Educational Qualification: Candidate must have minimum 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 or 11+2+2 qualification from any discipline. The Graduation degree must be UGC
4. Application form is to be submitted through online portal of Pondicherry University. The last date for taking admission is 31/08/2023. Admission Link of Pondicherry University: https://pondidltwinadmission.samarth.edu.in/
5. Initially a candidate has to pay registration fees Rs.300/- through Pondicherry University admission portal. After selection process the candidate has to pay the rest amount of fees Rs.26450/-( Sem-1) through Payment portal of Pondichery University.
6. Once the admission is granted by the authority then the candidate has to pay Rs.2000/- as Admission and ID Card processing fees(one time) to St. Xavier’s College(autonomous) through online payment Link: https://online.sxccal.edu/PUSXC/Registration.aspx
7. After completion of enrollment and payment of fees the next step is verification of all documents in original to our PUSXC Twinning Programme office. The date and timing will be notified to all students well in advance. The candidate has to come personally and verify all his/her documents in PUSXC office. The candidate has to bring the following documents all original and also two self attested photo copies:
   • Passport size Photograph(2 copies)
   • Class X mark sheet + Certificate original and 2 copies self signed photo copies.
   • Class XII mark sheet + Certificate original and 2 copies self signed photo copies.
   • Graduation marksheets all semesters+ Certificate original and 2 copies self signed photo copies.
   • Aadhar Card or Passport original and 2 self signed photocopies
   • Payment receipt of Sem-1 course fees (in duplicate)
   • Payment receipt of Rs. 2000/-(one copy)
   • Admission Form(2 copies)
   • SC/ST certificate original+ 2 photo copies.
8. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
