Instructions  to join MBA Courses(Approved by UGC and AICTE) of  

PUDDE and PUSXC Twinning Programme for 2026-2027 Session

  1. Candidates can take admission  in any of the 5 Specializations : 

    1. MBA in Marketing(Code: 36)

    2. MBA in Finance(Code:37)

    3. MBA in HRM(Code:39)

    4. MBA in International Business(Code:38)

    5. MBA in General(Code:43)

  2. Admission will be on first cum first serve basis. There are limited seats.

  3. Educational Qualification: Candidate must have minimum 10+2+3  or 11+1+3 or 11+2+2 qualification  from any discipline. The Graduation degree must be UGC approved.

Application form is to be submitted through online portal of Pondicherry University. Admission Link of Pondicherry University:

  1. Initially a candidate has to pay registration fees Rs.300/- through Pondicherry University admission portalAfter selection process the candidate  has to pay the rest amount of fees Rs.26450/-( Sem-1) through Payment portal of Pondichery University.

  2. Once the admission is granted by the authority then the candidate has to pay Rs.2000/- as Admission and ID Card processing fees(one time) to St. Xavier’s College(autonomous) through online payment Link:

  1. After completion of enrollment and payment of fees the next step is verification of all documents in original to our PUSXC Twinning Programme office. The date and timing will be notified to all students well in advance. The candidate has to come personally and verify all his/her documents in PUSXC office.  The candidate has to bring the following documents all original and also two self attested photo copies:

    1.  Recent Passport size Photograph(2 copies)

    2. Class X mark sheet + Certificate original and 2 copies self signed photo copies.

    3. Class XII mark sheet + Certificate original and 2 copies self signed photo copies.

    4. Graduation marksheets all semesters+ Certificate original and 2 copies self signed photo copies.

    5. Aadhar Card or Passport original  and 2 self signed photocopies 

    6. Payment receipt of Sem-1 course fees (in duplicate)

    7. Payment receipt of Rs. 2000/-(one copy)

    8. Admission Form(2 copies)

    9. SC/ST certificate original+ 2 photo copies.

DDE Admissions for the Academic Year 2026

Read the Instructions given below before applying online

  1. Keep digital (scan copies) of the following documents ready before you start filling up the admission forms. Upload only scanned Copies. Digital photos should not be uploaded. Check whether the scanned copies are legible. If the documents are not legible, applications will be summarily rejected

    • X Standard (SSLC) or equivalent certificate/mark statement

    • Higher Secondary (HSC) or its equivalent certificate/mark statement

    • Degree/Provisional certificate of the qualifying degree (Only for PG and MBA Degree programmes)

    • Passport size photo

    • Aadhar card

    • Fee Concession category certificate, if applicable

  2. Students are requested to create Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID in Digi Locker as per the guidelines of Distance Education Bureau (DEB), UGC and fill in the number in the application form. Also, it is to be noted that you are required to link your mobile number to Aadhar card to create the ABC ID in Digi Locker.

  3. Decide whether you are applying for Conventional Mode (Jan-Feb and Jul-Aug admissions) or TPI Mode (Jul-Aug admissions only). Refer Directorate of Distance Education, Pondicherry University website for more details on TPI mode. You cannot change mode once you have submitted the application

  4. Decide which course / Specialisation you are to select. Once selected, you cannot change course or specialisations

  5. Check your eligibility for the course you are applying before submitting the application

  6. Upload scanned / digital copy of passport size photo only (to be used in the ID card)

  7. Ensure you are entering the accurate spelling/ details for the following before submitting the profile section in the application:

    • Name (Spelling as per the SSLC/ Degree certificate)

    • Photo

    • Address

    • Email

    • Mobile Number
