The students of the Postgraduate Department of Education, St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, observed the International Day of Conscience (5th April) through a programme titled ‘Sparsh: Symphony of Care and Conscience’ at Little Sisters of the Poor on 11th April 2026. The students presented a cultural programme of music and dance centred on themes of harmony, care, and unity, bringing joy and warmth to the elderly residents. The experience was enriching for the students, fostering empathy, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of conscience in action.
