News: Calcutta Management Association (CMA) felicitated Rev. Dr. Dominic Savio, SJ, with the Management Excellence Award 2024

23rd January, 2024 marks a very auspicious day for the Xaverians as this evening the Calcutta Management Association (CMA) felicitated Rev. Dr. Dominic Savio, SJ, with the Management Excellence Award 2024. Rev. Dr. Dominic Savio, SJ was awarded with the Leadership in Institutional Excellence Award for his exemplary leadership in the field of contemporary education and imparting education with special emphasis on rural education for girls and also his vision for the need of the media and research studies in upcoming days to come. The award was handed over at the Lalit Great Eastern Hotel, Kolkata in an august gathering of stalwarts from diverse fields of the city. Rev. Dr. Dominic Savio, SJ dedicated this award to all the members of the Xaverian Community including Jesuit Priests , Staff , Students and Alumni . In his acceptance speech Father Principal mentioned about the influence of Jesuit Values, education system and preachings that keep him going while curating and executing the forthcoming plans for the betterment of the college and the society at large.
