St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata NCC Raghabpur Campus celebrated "The Surgical Strike Day" on the occasion of the success of Indian Army on surgical strike that took place on 29th September 2016 at Uri District. Cadets paid respect to the Indian Army soldiers who laid down their lives in the borders and faced continuous attack from the neighboring countries. History have shown us the sacrifices made by our soldiers in the borders and also in the battlefield against our enemies and hence our cadets have taken this opportunity to pay a tribute and respect to our soldiers. Cadets conducted a small parade under the instructions of Training JCO and CTO Prof. Swaraj Kumar Nandan. The Cadets ended the programme with a group picture and National Anthem.
